• If traveling by public river transport, passengers must be present at the marina departure port 30 minutes before 7:30 AM
• River transport (semi-express speedboat) departure times daily, two schedules – outbound 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM – return 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
• Book river transport tickets through Sacha Ñampi.
• Public transport departure times daily, one schedule only: outbound 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM – return 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• To make any hotel reservation in Coca, do so through Sacha Ñampi.

RESERVATION

• A reservation will only be confirmed after the client has made the first bank deposit (10% of the total reservation value) and the sales representative has verified the receipt of said deposit. In this case, the client must receive written confirmation of the money received, detailing the amount received and the total outstanding balance, which must be paid in cash upon arrival in Coca. If you wish to pay the total balance by credit card, you can request a payment link 8 days prior to the departure date.
• The reconfirmation of the reservation will be supported by the “Service Voucher or bank deposit receipt,” which cannot be issued without the receipt of full payment.

Sacha Ñampi and the client or tourist agree to comply with all provisions in these policies.

PAYMENT POLICY

• Make your reservation 2 months before the tour and check for room availability 8 days before the tour.
• Reserve with 10% of the established cost (applies to direct sales)
• The total balance must be paid in cash or by transfer on the arrival date at Hotel Auca in El Coca city.
• If you wish to pay the total balance by credit card, payment must be made 8 days before the tour start date.

POLICIES FOR ECUADORIAN STUDENTS.

Students have special rates. (Inquire by phone, email, or Facebook).

POLICIES FOR ECUADORIAN CHILDREN:

• Children aged 5 to 11 receive a 50% discount when sharing a cabin/accommodation with an adult.
• Children aged 0 to 4 travel free when accompanied by their parents, sharing accommodation with an adult.
• Children aged 12 and over pay 100% of the established cost of the tour packages.

TOUR CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

Under general rules, Sacha Ñampi refunds deposits as follows:

• 90% – 4 months before the tour.
• 80% – 3 or 2 months before the tour.
• 70% – 1 month before the tour.
• 60% – Less than 1 month before the tour.
• 30% – Less than 15 days

~If your payment was 10%, a refund will not proceed, as this percentage is used for advance purchase of boat seats.

This policy is effective regardless of the reason for cancellation. Sacha Ñampi will refund 100% in case of natural disasters in the tourist operation area. The itineraries developed by Sacha Ñampi include a Native guide and a bilingual guide for groups of a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 passengers.

PRIVATE GUIDES:

-English-speaking naturalist guide $60.00 per day

-English-speaking ornithologist guide $85.00 per day

-Spanish-speaking naturalist and ornithologist guide $65.00 per day

The conditions for confirming a guide in a special language are detailed below.

At Sacha Ñampi, we have naturalist guides in English and Spanish. If a guide in a different language is required, the request must be made with sufficient advance notice at the time of reservation confirmation.

We can confirm a translator in more common languages such as:

• French, Italian, German for groups of up to 5 people at an additional cost of US$110.00 per day per reservation (not per person).
• This fee is subject to change based on market and language, and this extra charge must be paid in advance, before the departure day.
• The request for a translator in another language must be made at least 2 months in advance.
• For groups of up to 10 people, we guarantee a bilingual guide and a native guide.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This option is not available once the passenger has arrived at Sacha Ñampi. This special requirement must be made with the reservations department, and the additional cost must be paid along with your excursion 30 days before the tour departure.
